Unquestionably we are in the middle the most dynamic changes in our industry’s history. The disruptors resulting from changing technologies, policies, natural disasters, politics, world trade disruptions, and changing demographics are challenging each of us in our day to day job responsibilities. As a result, this requires that all of us, whether a consumer or supplier, needs to be current and knowledgeable with the latest skill sets required to successfully migrate this industry in both our professional and personal lives.
