Conference 2020 USMA President’s Letter

Welcome to our 25 Year Anniversary Celebration in beautiful Nashville, Tennessee.

During the past 25 years our conference has continued to grow and lead this industry in truly amazing and blockbuster ways. Our commitment from our conference’s inception has been focused exclusively on providing an educational based platform designed to educate but most importantly, provide concreate practices that our attendees can take home and use.

Unquestionably we are in the middle the most dynamic changes in our industry’s history. The disruptors resulting from changing technologies, policies, natural disasters, politics, world trade disruptions, and changing demographics are challenging each of us in our day to day job responsibilities. As a result, this requires that all of us, whether a consumer or supplier, needs to be current and knowledgeable with the latest skill sets required to successfully migrate this industry in both our professional and personal lives. The USMA Conference is the strongest platform to provide you with the tools you need for success.

The USMA Conference is proud to be the leading voice of our industry, and we work tirelessly to ensure that the industry is represented equally from both the consumer and supplier’s perspective.

I would like to thank the USMA Board and our Attendees for your continued support in ensuring our success. It is critical for the USMA Conference to remain forward-thinking and innovative. While continuing to lead the charge on current trends, the organization will also have both eyes fixed firmly on the future, formulating groundbreaking ideas and advocating for the skills required of tomorrow and beyond.

Thank you for your continued support.

Sincerely,
Brian Serati, USMA President, 2019-2020
