USMA 5K Fun Run/Walk

Join us to support the fight against Breast Cancer.  USMA’s 5K Run/Walk is now in its fourth year.  The event is open to runners of all levels.  There is a $25 fee for this event.  A donation of $25 will go to the Susan G. Komen Foundation in their fight against breast cancer.  The cost of the race is supported by sponsorship from Central Moloney and USMA. Pre-registration is required before May 11, 2020.  By participating you are self-certifying that your physical condition is appropriate for this event.

Three participation options:

1. Run the race – enjoy a good, short, hard run
2. Walk the run course – complete the 3.1 mile course along with the runners
3. NEW this year: Walking tour of the area surrounding the JW Marriott. A 3 mile walk departing from the hotel at 7:00 am with a guide.

Features of the 5K:

• Run at your own pace on a closed course
• Commemorative T-Shirt for all participants
• Transportation to and from the course (a 10 minute ride from the hotel)
• Timing chips and Race Bibs will be distributed prior to the run
• Water stations on course
• Post Race refreshments
• Download photos
• Finisher Medals
• Awards for overall Male/Female top three finishers & Masters Group
