Registration for the USMA Educational Conference May 16-20, 2021

Conference Fees

Fees are per person.  All fees are non-refundable after January 31, 2021.

If paying by check, fees are based on the date payment is received and hot on the date of registration.

Note: If paying with a credit card, your statement will show “USMA” as the merchant.  If you have questions regarding credit card charges, please contact Phil@meetingforcellc.com.

Conference registration fees DO NOT include hotel accommodations or travel related expenses.

Name changes may be made at any time.

Conference fees 2021 – Registration opens in early September 2020

  • USMA Registration:

    Full conference fee is $1,595 – SAVE by registering early. Current discounted registration fee is $1,425 – discount is automatically applied when you register before the expiration date. This discount expires on November 30, 2020.  Registration will open in September 2020.

  • Supplier Networking Table Fee

    Full table fee is $1,297Current discounted table fee is $997

  • Spouse Fees

    This fee is for a guest of a conference delegate. It does not include entry to any conference sessions, breakfasts, lunches or the networking session.Full Spouse/Guest Fee is $239

  • 25th Annual Golf Tournament – Frank Bennett Challenge

    $199.00 – Golf Tournament, per player
    $796.00 – Golf Foursome Fee
    $1,471 – Foursome and Hole SponsorshipMake your travel plans to arrive on Saturday before the tournament on Sunday morning. Fee includes: Transportation between the hotel and course (must sign up in advance)

    This event supports the ALS Foundation in memory of past USMA Board Member Frank Bennett from BCHydro. Sunday morning, May 16, 2021.

  • USMA Fourth Annual 5K

    This is the fourth edition of the USMA Run/Walk supporting the Susan Komen Foundation. The fee is $25, the entire fee is donated to Susan Komen Foundation. Must be a registered delegate or guest to participate. Starting from the J.W. Marriott on Sunday morning, May 16, 2021. USMA accepts no responsibility for injury or accident. This fee is not refundable. Must sign up in advance to participate.

  • Conference Refund Policy

    A refund, less $50 handling is available until January 31, 2021. Name changes may be made at any time without a charge. Registrations cancelled after January 31, 2021 are non-refundable. For other information contact Phil@USMA.com.

Notice of Right to Cancel – The USMA has the right to cancel this event in the unforeseen situation that the USMA Conference could not be held due to the occurrence of any circumstance beyond its control – such as acts of God, war, government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities or a widespread health or safety emergency. If the event were to be cancelled notice would be sent to all registered participants and noted on the USMA website. USMA would not be responsible for any penalties for canceling travel or conference related arrangements.
